Balumorexton (INNTooltip International Nonproprietary Name; likely developmental code name TAK-360) is a selective orexin OX2 receptor agonist which is under development for the treatment of narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia. It is taken orally. The drug is under development by Takeda. As of June 2025, it is in phase 2 clinical trials for both narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia.
