Benzgalantamine, sold under the brand name Zunveyl, is a medication used for the treatment of mild to moderate dementia of the Alzheimer's type. It is a cholinesterase inhibitor. Benzgalantamine is a prodrug of galantamine. The most common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, and decreased appetite. Benzgalantamine was approved for medical use in the United States in July 2024.
