There is only one species in this genus: Glossina pallidipes salivary gland hypertrophy virus (Glossinavirus glopallidipedis). Diseases associated with this genus include: partial sterility due to ovarian abnormalities or to testicular degeneration; can be asymptomatic in laboratory colonies.
