Glow is an Israeli cybersecurity company that develops an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered endpoint security platform for enterprise organizations. Founded in 2025 by former executives from Meta, Snowflake and Claroty, the company focuses on preventing security threats by continuously discovering, analyzing, and controlling software, AI agents, and other applications running on employee devices. The company emerged from stealth in July 2026 after announcing $180 million in funding at a valuation of $1.2 billion, becoming a unicorn approximately one year after its founding.
History Glow was founded in 2025 by Roi Tiger, Omer Singer and Ophir Arie. Prior to founding Glow, Tiger was Vice President of Engineering at Meta, where he led endpoint security initiatives after joining the company through the acquisition of Onavo, an Israeli mobile analytics startup that he co-founded. Singer previously served as Head of Cybersecurity Strategy at Snowflake and held cybersecurity leadership positions at SentinelOne and Palo Alto Networks. Arie was formerly Vice President of Research and Development at Claroty. The company operated in stealth mode during its first year while developing an AI-native endpoint security platform. In February 2026, CTech reported that Glow had raised a $60 million Series A financing round led by Index Ventures and Sequoia Capital while still operating in stealth, bringing its total funding at the time to $80 million. In July 2026, Glow publicly launched after announcing a $100 million Series B financing round, bringing its total funding to $180 million and valuing the company at approximately $1.2 billion. The financing was led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, Swish Ventures and Holly Ventures. At the time of its public launch, Glow employed approximately 100 people, around 70 of whom were based in Israel. The company stated that it planned to expand both its Israeli research and development operations and its commercial organization in the United States.
AI-powered endpoint security platform Glow develops an AI-powered endpoint security platform designed to provide continuous visibility into enterprise endpoints. The platform automatically inventories hardware, installed software, browser extensions, AI applications, developer tools, machine identities and other digital assets running on employee devices. According to the company, the platform uses autonomous AI agents to discover and classify endpoint assets, evaluate their security posture, identify policy violations and recommend or automatically perform remediation actions within administrator-defined guardrails. Glow's technology was developed in response to the rapid adoption of generative artificial intelligence in enterprise environments. Company executives have argued that traditional endpoint security products were designed primarily to detect malware and unauthorized access, whereas organizations increasingly require visibility into AI assistants, coding tools, browser extensions and other software introduced directly by employees. The platform also aims to help organizations address "shadow AI" by identifying unauthorized AI services and ensuring that employees use approved applications and configurations that comply with corporate security policies. According to Globes, Glow's platform was already being deployed by Fortune 500 organizations in sectors including healthcare, financial services and retail at the time of its public launch.
