The JANNAF Interagency Propulsion Committee (JANNAF IPC, or simply JANNAF) is a joint-agency committee chartered by the USDOD and NASA. The Technical Committee is itself divided into subcommittees focused on specific technology areas of mutual interest to the DoD and NASA.
