Career From 1996 to 2002, Joshipura was an Assistant Professor of Epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health. She was an associate professor in HSDM from 2002 to 2005 and has continued as an Adjunct Full Professor of Epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health. In 2005, she joined the faculty at University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine, as Professor and Director of Division of Dental Public Health. Since 2007, she serves as the NIH Endowed Chair, Professor, and the Director of the Center for Clinical Research and Health Promotion at the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus.
