MT-1207 is a combined serotonin 5-HT2A receptor antagonist, α1-adrenergic receptor antagonist, and calcium channel blocker which is under development for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It is taken orally. The drug's time to peak levels is 0.5 to 1.25 hours and its elimination half-life is 4 to 7 hours. MT-1207 is under development in China. As of 2025, MT-1207 has reached phase 2 clinical trials.
