Nadav Davidovitch (Hebrew: 'נדב דודיביץ; born July 5, 1969) is an Israeli public health physician, epidemiologist, and professor. He serves as the director of the School of Public Health at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU) and is the chair of Israel's Association of Public Health Physicians. In 2021, he succeeded Hagai Levine as interim director. Davidovitch has served as chair of the Center for Health Policy Research in the Negev. He is recognized as an expert in infectious diseases and is a member of the advisory committee for Israel's "corona czar." He serves on several other committees, including the European Public Health Association’s Governing Board. At BGU’s School of Public Health, Davidovitch is a professor and a past chair of the Department of Health Systems Management. He is an advisory board member for the Americans’ Conceptions of Health Equity Study at the University of Connecticut. In the 2005–2006 school year, he was a Fulbright Visiting Professor at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health Department of Sociomedical Sciences and the University of Illinois Chicago School of Public Health in 2008 and 2016.

Education Davidovitch earned a B.A. (magna cum laude) in 1995 from Tel Aviv University (TAU). The same year, he received an M.D. degree with a thesis entitled "Thyroid Function in Preterm: The Influence of Iodine Containing Disinfectants." He also obtained a Ph.D. in the history of science from TAU, with a thesis entitled "Framing Scientific Medicine: The Relationship between Homeopathy and Conventional Medicine in the US, 1870–1930." His Ph.D. advisors included Allan M. Brandt of Harvard University, Eva Jablonka, and Moshe Zuckerman. In 2005, he earned an M.P.H. from Ben-Gurion University in the Negev in epidemiology, focusing on health system management, with a thesis entitled "Health Status and Patterns of Use of Health Services among Recent Immigrants from the Former Soviet Union and Ethiopia." His M.P.H. advisors were Lechaim Naggan and Shifra Shvarts.
