PKPD modeling is related to the field of pharmacometrics. Central to PKPD models is the concentration-effect or exposure-response relationship. A variety of PKPD modeling approaches exist to describe exposure-response relationships. Example 1 — a first encounter with PKPD model

Start with the simplest possible case. Write down what PKPD model claims or describes in one sentence, then invent the smallest concrete situation in which that sentence is true.
