Key takeaways

  • Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society belongs to science; place it in that map before memorising details.
  • Learn the definition first, then one example that makes the definition concrete.
  • Connect Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society to a quantity you can measure, compute or draw — that is where exam questions come from.
  • Reproduce the core statement of Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society from memory before moving on to harder problems.

Reference excerpt

The Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society, also known as TECOSO, is a Tanzania non-governmental organization founded in the year 1998 and registered on 11 February 1999, under the Societies Act CAP.337 R.E.2002 from The Societies (Application for Registration) Rules of 1954. Its focus is Environmental protection and Habitat conservation, promoting an integrated approach that includes community development, Environmental education, Nature conservation and Ecotourism. The organisation is also a piece of supportive machinery in collaborating and conducting field research projects, Leadership development, Vocational education that focus on gender parity.

Conservation approach and partnership TECOSO Tanzania also maintains an inter-continental network for information exchange and capacity building of conservation efforts. It works with different partners, including government institutions or associations, researchers, local and international learning institutions, universities and other NGOs. Most of the organisation activities are undertaken in Arusha Region, Manyara Region, Dar es Salaam, and Kilimanjaro Region.

Membership In 2021, TECOSO with other country organizations and foreign colleges, universities, global initiatives, government ministries worldwide, became a member of GWCN (Global Waste Cleaning Network). In 2022, TECOSO became a member of GCP (Global Climate Pledge), which advocates on training farmers to conserve and manage land to protect watersheds and improve soil fertility while promoting sustainable agronomic practices.

Worked examples

Example 1 — a first encounter with Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society

Start with the simplest possible case. Write down what Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society claims or describes in one sentence, then invent the smallest concrete situation in which that sentence is true. In science, the smallest case is usually a single object, a single equation or a single measurement. Check that every symbol or term in your sentence has a meaning in that case.

Example 2 — changing one variable

Take the situation from Example 1 and change exactly one quantity: double it, halve it, or set it to zero. Predict what should happen to Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society before you calculate. Comparing your prediction with the result is the fastest way to find out whether you understand the idea or only the words.

Example 3 — an exam-style question

Typical questions about Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society ask you to (a) state it precisely, (b) apply it to given data, and (c) explain a limitation. Practise writing all three answers in under five minutes; the third part is what separates a full-mark answer from an average one.

Applications of Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society

In research
Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society appears in science research whenever the underlying quantities have to be modelled precisely. Papers usually cite it as a starting assumption and then explore where it breaks down.
In technology and industry
Engineering practice reuses Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society in design rules, simulations and safety margins. Knowing the idea lets you read a specification sheet and understand why the numbers look the way they do.
In the classroom
Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society is common in secondary-school and first-year university syllabi. It links to neighbouring topics 1998 establishments in Tanzania, African organization stubs, Animal welfare organisations based in Tanzania, so understanding it makes those chapters shorter.
In everyday life
Look for Tanzania Environmental Conservation Society outside the textbook — in sport, cooking, traffic, electronics or the sky above you. An example you found yourself is remembered far longer than one you were given.
