Plot Heiji Kino is the world famous Under Doctor, an assassin turned doctor that can use his ability of seeing vital points in people to heal them, rather than hurt them. Now, with his special eyes and know-how of medical science, he will save anyone and everyone in the criminal underworld and beyond.

Publication Written and illustrated by Kyō Tanimoto, the series began serialization in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump on January 26, 2026. As of August 2026, the series' individual chapters have been collected into two tankōbon volumes. Viz Media and Manga Plus are publishing chapters of the series in English simultaneously with their Japanese release.
